The staff were nice and assisted me greatly. Its location was great and exceptionally nice, in a high crime area, and in a pretty comfortable area. Also, it was 10 mins drive from First Presbyterian Church.

The room had a microwave and fridge, which made snacking super easy, and the hot shower was just what I needed after a long day. I loved the cozy lounge area and the quick access to the pool for some relaxation. The only downside was the slightly outdated decor, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Unfortunately, the upkeep of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The hot tub didn't function properly, with a broken stopper mechanism, made it unusable. Rooms lacked sufficient ventilation and had unpleasant odors, while cleanliness issues were apparent, with visible dirt under appliances and bugs on the walls. Sufficient lighting in the walkways is absent, contributing to a sense of neglect. The shower did not drain properly, leaving standing water after use. On top of all that, checking in was lengthy, as the front desk clerk seemed detached and unfocused.

Not for family with children looking for comfort

The maintenance guy was friendly and helpful up there and the cops respond quickly to any illegal things going on there. That's about it, honestly.

It wasn't inexpensive, but acceptable overall.

Unfortunately, noise from nearby parties kept us up all night. The air conditioning struggled, and it was annoyingly warm .

The kids loved the nearby bowling center, and we all enjoyed the family time spent together. The staff was accommodating. We managed to was nice.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Families would greatly benefit from more thorough housekeeping before check-ins.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, made for a decent night's sleep. The room had a microwave and fridge. The staff seemed friendly, but service was hit or miss. The air conditioning didn't work well. It struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the hot days. On checking in, I found the front desk staff to be slightly unprofessional. I heard noise from outside, which disrupted my peace on a couple of occasions. This place got the basics right, but some maintenance and service consistency are definitely needed.
